Mission Statement
The New York Chapter of DCDT strives to increase collaboration efforts in effective transition planning for individuals with disabilities by reducing the duplication of efforts and aligning resources and communication.
2020-2021 NY DCDT GOALS
- To continue to increase the visibility and utility of NYS DCDT
- Increase knowledge, adoption and use of Evidence-Based Practices related to quality transition programs and practices across NYS
- To work collaboratively and align our goals with those of NYSED Office of Special Education (OSE)
- To collaborate and plan a NYS transition professional development institute
