The first annual Thomas P. Golden Memorial Transition Services Award will be awarded to the highest scoring proposal received. Thomas was a longtime friend of NYS DCDT and a staunch advocate for developing work-based learning and transition services. In the event of a tie, the award will be given to the proposal most aligned with Thomas’s work.
