NYS DCDT Statewide Conference

The New York State Division on Career Development and Transition is holding its semi-annual Transition Institute from November 8, 2016 to November 10, 2016 at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York.

This is an exciting year in Transition and the New York State Division on Career Development and Transition board members have worked to bring you the Transition Institute – Partnerships to Leverage Success; A Collaborative Forum. We are bringing you information on current and visionary topics to support your efforts in the transition of  youth with disabilities. Be part of this exciting Institute! LEARN!  SHARE!  NETWORK!  And ENJOY!

The Transition Institute is made possible through the support and efforts of the NYS DCDT, Cornell University, NYSRA, Greater Southern Tier BOCES, Parent Network of WNY, The Institute for Innovative Transitions, Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities at the University of Rochester Medical Center and New York State Transition Partners.

The registration  is only for the cost of attending the conference.  You must make and pay for a separate reservation at the Gideon Putnam Hotel for the days of the conference.  We have a block of rooms reserved at the hotel at $119 a night in the “DCDT block”.
