Please mark your calendar! The Youth Transitions Collaborative, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), will host an educational seminar.
This educational seminar will provide an opportunity for the OSERS Rehabilitation Services Administration to share information about the State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Agency’s role in the transition process, VR transition practices, and related Federal transition requirements. The event is designed to inform youth with disabilities, their family members, practitioners, VR counselors, public and private sector agencies, educators and other stakeholders in the transition community about the importance of collaboration to ensure a smooth transition process for students with disabilities as they exit school and prepare for post- school activities.
