Following from a session at the Capacity Building Institute 2012, The National CoP on Transition, NPSO, NSTTAC and other federally funded initiatives have co-created a webinar series focused on inclusive post-school opportunities and integrated work for students with (moderate to severe intellectual) disabilit(y)ies. A range of perspectives will be explored in three 90 minute sessions that have been collaboratively developed by individuals working across agencies, states, organizations and federal investments
