From the CEC: “This webinar will begin with a description of the research regarding the transition needs of youth with EBD. Then the elements of the RENEW (Rehabilitation for Empowerment, Natural supports, Education and Work) model will be presented and discussed. RENEW has been implemented with over 300 youth in New Hampshire, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. The presentation will include a description of the RENEW service process, including a case example and a description of implementation contexts, data collection, and support features. Participate in this webinar to learn how to improve the transition programming at your school and to better meet the needs of youth with EBD.”
