The Employer Assistance Resource Network’s (EARN) vision is to increase employment and workplace inclusion for people with disabilities by engaging and empowering employers to be leaders in this effort. EARN’s mission is to be a center for excellence in supporting employers’ talent acquisition and competitiveness by:
- empowering employers to source, hire, retain and advance qualified individuals with disabilities through dissemination, collaboration, and technical assistance; and
- researching and promoting promising employer-focused disability practices and policies.
EARN receives funding from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy.
