Graduation Options Public Comment

From the New York State Education Department:

“A revised proposed amendment to section 100.5 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education relating to the requirements for students with disabilities to graduate with a local high school diploma was approved through emergency adoption at the October Board of Regents meeting. The State Education Department is accepting public comment on the revised rule through November 30, 2012.
