Our introductory Citizen-Centered Leadership series, beginning in November, bridges the gap between theory and practice by providing you with knowledge that you can immediately apply at work:
- Identify leadership potential across the organization
- Improve relationships between staff and the people they support
- Create individualized job development plans and identify opportunities for civic engagement with individuals with disabilities
The series consists of 6 online classes that cover best practices for supporting inclusion of individuals with disabilities. Complete them all or just take those that are of most interest to you.”
