On Monday, October 22, the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) is gathering 23 of the world’s top LD experts in New York City. The experts make up NCLD’s Professional Advisory Board (PAB), and among them are educators, psychologists, researchers, physicians, and advocates.
