When planning for transition it is more important than ever to understand how to navigate the special education process, and to work collaboratively to plan for the future. This conference seeks to empower families, students and professionals to lay a solid foundation for a student’s successful transition into life after high school.
This event is presented by the Syracuse University Parent Advocacy Center, and the Central and Mid-State Regional Special Education Technical Assistance Support Centers in collaboration with Resource Center for Independent Living, and the Learning Disabilities Association of the Mohawk Valley.
